I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of
your No. 8624 of the 10th. August, 1916, in regard to goods
for the Philippine Islands which are being seized by the
Hongkong Government and thank you for the courtesy of the
information therein contained.

the protest of this Consulate Generel against the action of
the colonial and imperial governments in regard to this car go
that all rights of neutrals in the premises may be protected.
